I'd been a franchisee for 11 years, due to personal circumstances I wished to sell my business.  The business was placed for sale through Head Office and John Brooks was my liaison person, liaising between the buyer and myself.  I found John to be great to deal with, very quick to respond to texts and emails, with on the day replies to every message or query that I had for him.  John also gave good advice when required.
